You have previously installed the Calcbench Excel Add-in but now =Calcbench formulas return #NAME? and you do not see Calcbench menu in the Excel menu. Try the below, if these do not solve the problem contact us.
- If there is a running Excel process when you open a new instance of Excel the add-in will not load. To see if there is a running Excel process close the Excel window and press CTRL-ALT-DELETE and look Excel process. If you see a running Excel process right click on the Excel icon and select End Task.
- Make sure you have not inadvertently disabled the Add-in by following the steps at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/vsto/how-to-re-enable-a-vsto-add-in-that-has-been-disabled.
- If all else fails re-install the add from https://www.calcbench.com/home/exceladdin.
