Add-in install fails with "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package".

If the Calcbench Excel Add-in installer fails with this error

do the following.

Go to https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/.   Download and run the Evergreen Bootstrapper.  Re-run the Calcbench Excel Add-in installer.
