Windows Excel is trying to open the add-in with the wrong "bitness": The file format and extension of 'CalcbenchExcelXLL32Packed.xll" don't match...

Excel 32|64 is trying to open the (other) 64 or 32 bit version of the Add-in.

Open the Registry and go to "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Excel\Options".  Modify the OPEN value that has the incorrect value and correct it.  "CalcbenchExcelXLL32Packed.xll" -> "CalcbenchExcelXLL64Packed.xll"

**If you are unable to change the registry value for some reason. In Excel you can instead specify which add-in version to open by going to File -> Options -> Add-ins, and then click 'Go...' next to 'Manage Excel Add-ins'. Make sure the 'CalcbenchExcelXLL32Packed.xll' is deselected, and the CalcbenchExcel Add-in is selected:

HOWEVER this setting may revert back next time you open excel.
